 Job Description

  • ·         Conducting products awareness programs for farmers and dealers.

  • ·         Product Demonstration, Demonstration report generation, approval, submission and other product promotional activities.

  • ·         Getting the Product Placed at dealer and or distributor outlets.

  • ·         Product liquidation, Sales & Market development in the territories assigned by the company along taking assistance from the head office.

  • ·         Sales channel execution in Assigned territory with help of available resources.

  • ·         Achieving targets set by the management along with individual target prepared by your own self experience in the farming network.

  • ·         Providing solutions in case of any sales non compliance by dealer or distributor.

  • ·         Recovering Sales Outstanding from the assigned dealers as per sales policy.

  • ·         After sales services to dealers.

  • ·         Assistance to farmers for product application and product performance result generation.

  • ·         Monthly Stock Reconciliation of Products.

  • ·         Timely attending dealer / distributor / customer grievance related to product stock and reporting immediately to head office.

  • ·         Coordinating the product replacement procedure not less than six months prior to product stock expiry.

  • ·         Working in the best of your skills as represented by you to the company

  • ·         Accountable to the management for the timely and satisfactory completion of the work handed over to you.

  • ·         Additional responsibilities for discharging any duties that may be assigned to you by your superiors.
