Roles and responsibilty


-  Handling customer complaints, receiving feedback from customers


-  Co-ordination with outbound logistic team for ontime supply .


- Meeting with customers (at their site) to understand the expectations.


Updating the customers regarding new schemes, new products on regular basis to increase sale


 


-MIS and Reporting
