 Job Description

Adarsh Farm Services is a venture by United Phosphorus Ltd (UPL), established with an objective to contribute services to improve Indian farming by providing solutions to optimize farm productivity through innovative and cost-effective new technology of spray operations.


Job responsibilities:

  • To maintain full responsibility for ensuring that the service delivery functions fulfill the organization's object of providing services to customers with the highest satisfaction.

  • To impart technical training by preparing modules and workshops – Plant Protection and Farm Equipments.   

  • To draft/modify Learning & Development SOP and ensure adherence of programs technical parameter of delivery.

  • To Coordinate Internal business requirements to ensure support for talent development and all learning solutions to be aligned with the business needs.

  • Work closely with the operations and human resource department to analyze training need/ propose/ initiate learning solutions for the development of talent and processes.

  • To enable the use of modern technology to shape the learning strategy and learning management systems including methodology, monitoring and assessment records.

  • To identify internal and external trainers to deliver existing/new training courses and workshops, including liaison with external training providers.

  • Projection of annual learning & development calendar to priorities training for the business to achieve the desired goal.

  • Flexibly to complete training projects/ activities in conjunction with Business operations.

 Additional Responsibilities:

  •  In addition to the above-mentioned duties and job function, to carry out any other assignment given occasionally by the Management.

Educational Qualification:-

  • Graduate in Agriculture Science/ Technology.          

  • Post graduate / diploma in business administration / hospitality management.

Years of Experience:-

  • Minimum 6 years’ in learning and development functional experience in the relevant industry required.
